Lemon Olive Oil Drink

Servings: 4

Time: 5 mins

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon, Large
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Kasandrinos Olive Oil
  • Optional: Ice
  • Optional: Basil Leaves for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Slice the lemon and remove the seeds.
  2. Place in a blender with the olive oil and water.
  3. Add the ice and process for 1 minute on high speed
  4. Optionally strain through a fine sieve to remove the pulp. 
  5. Serve ice-cold and or store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes:

This drink is full of antioxidants and vitamin C from the lemons. Plus the healthy monounsaturated fats from the KEVOO is the energy boost that will keep you going!
