Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon, Large
- 4 Cups of Water
- 2 Tablespoons Kasandrinos Olive Oil
- Optional: Ice
- Optional: Basil Leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Slice the lemon and remove the seeds.
- Place in a blender with the olive oil and water.
- Add the ice and process for 1 minute on high speed
- Optionally strain through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.
- Serve ice-cold and or store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 24 hours.
Notes:
