Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti, whole wheat
- 3/4cup tuna, canned
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

3 tbs olive oil
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
2. Mix with the olive oil, tuna, garlic, lemon juice and arugula in a large mixing bowl.
3. Divide into plates and serve while the spaghetti is still hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
