Ingredients

10 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbs chives, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper, black
Directions
- 1. In a blender add the lemonjuice, eggyolks, mustard, and garlic and process for a few minutes to combine.
- 2. Add the olive oil in a stream and process on the low scale to emulsify.
3. Fold in the chives and serve at room temperature
