- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the berries with the cinnamon, honey and olive oil. Place in a mixing bowl and set aside to marinade.
3. Bake the goat cheese in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven.
4. Heat a dry pan and lightly roast the walnuts, tossing to cook evenly. Season with a pinch of salt.
