Ingredients
1 cups potato gnocchi
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 cup leeks, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon curry, dried
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil plus extra to garnish

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a non-stick pot. Chop the leeks and sauté for 4-5 minutes with the gnocchi.
Add the peas to the pot and pour in the milk, cream, curry, nutmeg and pepper.
Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until the gnocchi are cooked and the soup thickens slightly. Serve warm. Drizzled with a few extra virgin olive oil drops.
