Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet, sliced
- 1 cup couscous

1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lime, juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the couscous al dente.
In the meantime, heat 2-3 tbs of olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 3-4 minutes in each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Process the tahini with the remaining olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and basil in a blender to get a thick dressing.
- Serve the chicken hot with couscous drizzled with the tahini dressing.
