Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, small, diced
- 2 cups celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 onion, yellow, finely chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes with the celery and onions for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and stir, allowing to soften for a minute.
- Add the wine and cook for 5 minutes, over high heat. Add the broth and simmer 10-15 minutes, adding water if needed.
- Puree the soup with a stick blender, fold in the yoghurt and remove from the heat.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
