Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, chopped
- 2 cups noodles
- 1 onion, red, diced
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth

- 1 tsp paprika

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan and sauté the chicken with the onions and carrots for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt, paprika and pepper.
- Add the noodles and the broth, one cup at a time and bring to a gentle simmer, gradually adding more broth until the noodles are tender.
- Season to taste and serve hot.
