Ingredients
- 1 ounce Gin
- 3 ounces celery juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 6 ounces sparkling water
- 4 cucumber slices

2 tsp olive oil
- Optional rosemary, to garnish
Directions
Combine the gin with the celery juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well, until chilled.
- Place the ice in two tall glasses. Add the cucumber slices. Strain the drink into the glasses.
Top with sparkling water, and 1 tsp of olive oil on each drink.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve.
