Shipping Prices

 

We offer Dynamic Rate Shipping rate on all orders in the continental US based on the size and weight of the order.

We do not offer any free shipping offers or incentives at this time. Due to increased shipping costs and the fragility of our oil, we unfortunately have to charge shipping in order to sustain our day to day operations. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the freshest, highest quality organic olive oil, and get it to you quickly and securely. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your support. 

Alaska, Hawaii and elsewhere outside the continental US will be charged live shipping rates based on location and shipping weight.

We do have expedited shipping available at checkout which is auto calculated based on the size of your shipment and your location.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Be assured that Kasandrinos International will do its very best to ship all products within 1-2 days from purchase using UPS and USPS. Kasandrinos International currently ships to all states in the USA.


Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS & USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

If you require express or 2 day shipping or other special requirements, please contact Kasandrinos International at contact@kasandrinos.com.

International Shipping

International delivery times are 7 – 14 business days, on average.  You will be asked to pay all applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase, ensuring your package will arrive with no additional fees at delivery.


Returns

We hope you LOVE everything Kasandrinos! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase refund or product exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for any previously paid shipping charges. 

Steps To Returning a Product:

1. Email us at contact@kasandrinos.com with a subject line "Return", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. Include if you would like in-store credit or an exchange. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

3. Once we receive the returned product we will issue you an in-store credit or ship an exchange (based on your request).

We can only offer exchanges and in-store credit for items purchase at Kasandrinos.com. Any product purchased at a retail location or at one of our distributors will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.

Gift Cards may not be returned. We offer absolutely no returns on Sample Items.

Damaged/Defective Products

If your products arrive damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the goods free of charge. Please notify us within 14 days of your package delivery date.

Lost Packages

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
