Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage savoy, shredded
- 1 cup tuna
- 1/3 cup rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup, olives, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, sliced

4 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar

1tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp pepper, black
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the tortillas in between the bottom of a muffin pan and bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the muffin pan.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the rice with the tuna, cabbage feta, olives, and avocado.
3. Season with salt, oregano and pepper and add the olive oil and vinegar. Mix well.
4. Fill the tortillas with the mixture and serve at room temperature.
