Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, minced
- 1 orange juice only
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey

1 tsp olive oil
- Optional: Ice
Directions
1. Add the pineapple chunks with the peanut butter, ginger, lemon juice, yogurt, honey and olive oil in a blender.
- 2. Add ice if you prefer your smoothie ice cold.
- 3. Process until smooth and divide into glasses. Serve cold.
