Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup rice
- 4 slices bacon

3 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbs honey

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper, black
Directions
- 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rice until tender.
2. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan andsauté the chicken for 10 minutes until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3. Remove the chicken from the pan, and in the same pan crisp the bacon for 1 minute. Add the sauerkraut and honey, return the chicken back to the pan add a bit of water to cover the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot with a side of rice.
