Ingredients
- 3 cups peas, frozen
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a deep sauce pan and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the peas and garlic sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and the cream, and let it simmer over low to medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Using a stick blender or food processor, blend the soup to get a creamy texture.
- Serve hot, with dollops of Greek yoghurt.
