Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ¼ cup coconut cream, canned
- 2 tbs peanut butter, unsweetened
- 2+1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 cup pineapple, cut in chunks

2 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Optional to garnish: grated coconut, seeds, nuts
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the pineapple for 2-3 minutes, then add 1 tbs honey and allow to caramelize for a minute.
- In the meantime, process the almond milk with the coconut cream, peanut butter, cocoa, the remaining honey and the crushed ice in a blender until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a bowl, top with the pineapple chunks and optionally garnish with grated coconut, seeds, nuts.
