Ingredients
- 6 wholewheat tortillas

4 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp dried garlic

- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- 6 tbs chopped pickles
- 1 tbs capers, chopped

For the tartar sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix the olive oil with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush the tortillas with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes until crispy. Break into pieces.
