Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 ginger, fresh

Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process to get a smoothie.
