Directions
Preheat the oven's grill to 400°F.
- Place the bacon slices on a rack over a lined baking pan making sure they don't overlap.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven, transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to remove the extra grease. Chop into small pieces. You don't have to be precise with the shape or size.
Place the bacon bits with the olive oil and flaky salt in a jar, shake well and let the flavors infuse for a minimum of 2 hours.
