Ingredients
- 3 cups ground beef
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, red, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tbs parsley, chopped

4 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs honey
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced beef with the parmesan cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, paprika and parsley.
- Transfer on the pan and shape into a loaf.
Mix the honey with the balsamic vinegar and season with a pinch of salt, paprika and black pepper.
- Brush the top of the meatloaf with the mixture and bake, uncovered, for about 60 minutes until cooked through.
- Slice and serve hot.
