Ingredients
- 3 cups tagliatelle
- 6 oz chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce

3 tbs olive oil + extra to serve.

1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar

1⁄4 tsp pepper, black
Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle for 5-6 minutes until tender.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the chicken for 5 minutes seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic and peas and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the tomato sauce and sugar and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Toss in the tagliatelle, mix well and serve hot drizzled with extra olive oil.
