Directions
On a large flat clean surface place the flour in a mound.
Create a well in the middle and crack in the eggs and add the olive oil.
- Knead and incorporate the ingredients into each other to make a dough.
- Shape into a ball, cover tightly with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll out with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Fold into a roll and cut into strips (or get creative and experiment with different shapes.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook for roughly 1-2 minutes until tender.
