Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on/bone-in
- 2 onions, red, large, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey

¼ tsp black pepper
- rosemary springs to garnish
Directions
To make the glaze, whisk together the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden.
- Add the onions to the skillet. Stir to brown slightly and then add the sauce mixture. Simmer over low to medium heat to reduce the sauce into a glaze, for about 10 minutes, garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve hot.
