You don't have to be a mixologist or go out and buy expensive ingredients to make something special for your guests - all you need is our White Christmas Olive Oil Cream Mojito recipe! This cocktail mixes simple sweetener with creamy coconut milk, tart lime juice, refreshing sparkling water, signature olive oil cream and aromatic mint leaves. Garnish with fresh cranberries and sparkles of holiday cheer will be sure to fill your home in an instant. Enjoy this festive drink at your upcoming get-together; it's certain to bring some extra jingle bells everyone can appreciate!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 limes, juice
- 1/2 cup leaves mint
- 2 tbs honey
- 4 tbs white rum
- 2 tbs coconut rum

2 tsp olive oil
- sparkling water to top
- pomegranate arils to garnish
Directions
In a mixing glass, muddle the lime juice, honey and mint leaves. Fill the glass half way with ice.
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut rum, olive oil and coconut milk and process until frothy.
- Pour over the ice and mix.
- Divide into serving glassed, top with sparkling water, mint and pomegranate and serve cold.
