Mix 1 cup of flour, instant yeast, honey, and salt in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix well. Gradually add another cup of flour. Knead to form a dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky or more water if it's hard to knead.
Place into a clean bowl, cover with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30'.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into 12" circle, on the prepared baking pan, rolling the edges to make the crust.
- Add your toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
