Ingredients
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 3 tbs plain flour
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp paprika

4 tbs olive oil, plus extra to garnish

1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan. Sauté the mushrooms, with the onions for 6-8 minutes, then add the flour and stir. Season with salt, paprika and pepper.
Add the wine, soy sauce, milk and stock. Allow to simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Lower the heat, and slowly pour in the sour cream, and lemon juice until both are completely incorporated.
- Serve hot with rustic bread.
