Ingredients
- 10 phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, yellow, finely chopped

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes until fragrant.
Mix with the feta cheese and egg. Season with black pepper.
Brush each one of the pastry leaves with a bit of olive oil and add the cheese mixture in a long stip. Roll the sheets into a cylinder and twist into a spiral.
Place on a baking pan, securing with a toothpick if needed, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
