I have a lot of different vinegars as I use them primarily to make my own dressing. The Fig Balsamic is perfect - sweet but not too sweet and just amazing whisked with Kasandrino's olive oil (which I recently purchased for the first time). I've used it over salad and drizzled it over roasted veggies.

I have been using this to make my own vinaigrette and it has quickly become my favourite. Just a touch of sweetness in what is usually a tart vinegar. I will not allow myself to run out of this beauty!
