Seems like i went back to my familliar way of setting up a dish :) I was doing some experiments lately,adding backgrounds and stuff and thought that losing my main attribute sucks,so here you go guys!
3 small chicken legs
5-6 slices of sweet potato
Some extra virgin olive oil,I use Kasandrinos
some lemon slices
1 glass of white wine
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp minced chives
First,make the beetroot puree as shown in my previous recipe.CLICK FOR THIS!
Preheat the grill.
In a basin,mix the chicken legs with salt,pepper,seasonings and lemon slices.
Add the oregano and rosemary,chives,half the wine,mustard and some olive oil.
Grill for about 15-19 minutes while often turning sides.
Meanwhile poach the sweet potatoes in the remaining wine and seasonings.
Serve carefully and immediately!
