I think it is time to quit eating those heavy nuclear bacon bombs or anything fried(P.S fries) for a snack or sth.Here is my Greek simplicity which can be done in less than 10 minutes,is healthy and ultra tasty.
1 slice of white bread,garlic rubbed
1/4 of a small tomato(ripe),diced
20 gr feta cheese,diced
Some fresh basil and oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
On a small grill,bake the garlic rubbed slice of bread,until crispy.
Meanwhile,mix the tomato,basil,feta cheese and oregano in a small bowl,add salt,pepper and olive oil.
Top the slice(when hot) with the mixture you made..
Serve right away!!
