My husband recently came to me with a concern. He told me he heard that there are not enough olive trees in the world to produce the amount of "olive oil" that is sold. "How do we know our olive oil is pure?" he asked me. I was able to confidently tell him that our oil comes direct from healthy trees in Greece. The look, aroma and taste make it clear that this isn't some health disintegrating seed oil in disguise. The beautiful golden/green color, and the delicious flavor are excellent signs.
